Are your products vegan?

All our products are vegan except for our Chamomile + Honey Facial Cleanser, Honey Drip Mud Mask and Skin Glaze Face and Body Polish. These products are made from 100% organic raw honey sourced from Jamaica. 


Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! We are animal lovers, so we would never test our product on them. We test our products on family and friends.

Are all your products really natural?

Of course! All our products are created with the highest quality we can find. This consists of wild crafted and organic plant based essential oils, carrier oils, herbs, herb extracts, exotic butters, clays and plant and sea based powders. We never use animal by- products, phthalates, sulfates, silicones, parabens, mineral oils, artificial colors or fragrances.

Where do you source the ingredients?

Our ingredients are sourced in Jamaica, Africa and within the United States. We make it our duty to do the research to ensure that our sources share our goals ethically. 

Are all your products safe to indulge in during pregnancy?

There are two products we don’t recommend to indulge in, if you are pregnant. The Coffee Please! Under Eye Serum and Skin Glaze Face and Body Polish contains coffee bean oil and coffee beans, which contains caffeine. Although, they contain a low percentage, we would recommend consulting your doctor first.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Raw Holistics products are all natural, so we do no use any synthetic ingredients.

The shelf life of all our products is 12 months. To keep products fresh, store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.

How much does shipping cost?

Prices may vary based on your location. Remember to enjoy free shipping for orders over $75 USD. 

What are the Payment Methods?

Raw Holistic accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.

My products arrived broken. What should I do?

All our products are sealed and packed with great care. For that reason, Raw Holistic is not responsible for the mishandling of products by the shipment carrier. If a product arrives broken you will have to call your local USPS and file a claim with the tracking number provided.

How long does processing take?

Our processing time is 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays)

How long until I receive my tracking number?

A tracking number will be provided 2-3 days after processing is complete (Monday-Friday excluding holidays)

What is your refund policy?

We do not issue refunds, unless we are presumed responsible for any issues. 


How will I be refunded? 

You will be refunded to your original form of payment.

In the case that we are deemed responsible a refund will be issued and a stocking fee will be deducted in the amount of shipping dollars.

Please allow 7-14 business days for funds to clear in your account.


What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products being made fresh and handcrafted for sanity reasons.

Will adding a coupon code make my processing time slower?

If a coupon code was applied to your order, due to a inflow of orders your processing time
could be 5 - 7 business days.



What happens if I need to change or cancel my order?

As soon as an order is placed it immediately goes into, processing, packaging and shipping. Unfortunately once the order packs, we are unable to change or cancel it. We cannot guarantee cancellation or a refund for any order that has already been processed.

How do I use the discount codes?

Discount codes must be applied at checkout. We are not liable for applying discounts after your order has been submitted. 

What’s the status of my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email.  Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, an order is processed and packaged and a tracking number will be provided.

What are the international shipping times?

International orders usually take anywhere from 7-14 business days to reach you pending any customs processing delays. Our team will pick, pack and ship your order within 2-3 business days.  

All international orders are subject to passing customs. We are unable to estimate the exact time an order will take to pass through customs so please keep this in mind when placing your order. We are unable to rush an order through customs or find out how far along an order is in customs, this is the discretion of the customs department in your country.
